FORT DRUM, N.Y. – U.S. Army Maj. Michael Hale, operations officer in charge, Task Force Phoenix, 10th Combat Aviation Brigade, received the Sikorsky Black Hawk Maintainers award from U.S. Army Lt. Col. Clark, in the Task Force Knighthawk conference room on Wheeler-Sack Airfield here Feb. 2.  The unit was awarded the plaque for the highest average fully mission capable UH-60 Black Hawk rate in 2010.  U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Ronald Dvorsky, TF Phoenix command sergeant major, joined Hale in receiving the award.  “Phoenix Soldiers balanced their Family time while they prepared the unit’s aircraft after the deployment to Iraq,” said Dvorsky, “With a dwell time ranging from 10 to 12 months to prepare for Afghanistan the accomplishment is attributed to the leaders and Soldiers.”
